Q: Do you travel for weddings?
Yes — we travel for weddings and elopements throughout the United States. From city rooftops to desert ceremonies, we’re available wherever your story takes place. (International bookings are not available at this time.)
Q: How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?
Most couples book 8–12 months in advance. Popular dates during spring, summer, and fall fill quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better your chances of securing your date.
Q: What’s your photography style?
Our style is a mix of documentary and editorial. We guide when needed but never force a moment. Expect intentional, emotional imagery — cinematic, but never overdone.
Q: What packages do you offer?
We offer both half-day and full-day coverage options. All packages include professional editing, high-resolution images, and online delivery. Add-ons include engagement sessions, second shooters, videography, and makeup artist referrals.
Q: Will you edit all the photos?
Yes. All delivered images are professionally edited to ensure consistent color, lighting, and tone. We enhance each image for clarity and cohesion while keeping the edits natural and clean.
Q: How many images do we receive, and when?
You’ll receive 300 to 800+ edited photos depending on your package. A sneak peek is delivered within 7–10 days. Final galleries are delivered online in 6–8 weeks.
Q: Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding shoots?
Yes. Engagement sessions are available as a separate add-on. They’re perfect for building comfort in front of the camera and getting editorial-style portraits before the big day.
Q: Do you provide a physical album or prints?
No. At this time, we offer digital galleries only. You’ll receive a downloadable, high-resolution collection with easy sharing access for friends and family.
Q: What happens if you're unavailable on our wedding day?
If an emergency arises, we’ll arrange a trusted associate photographer from our professional network. All editing and delivery will still be handled by Auri Weddings to maintain our signature style and quality.
Q: Can we request specific shots or family group photos?
Absolutely. We welcome input and encourage you to share a shot list for family groupings and any must-have moments. We’ll weave your requests into the flow of the day with minimal disruption.
Q: Do you use a second shooter?
Second shooters are available as an optional add-on, depending on your wedding size and schedule. We’ll discuss whether one is needed during our initial call.
Q: Do you offer videography or makeup services?
Yes. We work closely with talented videographers and makeup artists, available as add-ons to your photography package. Let us know if you'd like to bundle these services for a seamless experience.
Q: What is your cancellation or refund policy?
The 20% retainer is non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We review emergency situations individually and do our best to accommodate. Full terms are detailed in the contract.
